All apartments at Camino Del Rey are priced according to location and size. We pay water, trash and basic cable bills. You pay rent and electricity only. Rent and electric payments are payable to Camino Del Rey Apartments office between the 1st and 3rd of each month, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. All apartments are all electric, have central heating and cooling, light brown carpet throughout, mini blinds, white range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have a  6 month and 1 year lease available. We have on-site management and maintenance on-call, 24 hours a day.  Electricity is at a wholesale price.
